Overview
Cephron LLC uses a limited set of third-party service providers to operate the platform, deliver operational SMS, and support incident investigation.
This page is intended to describe the major providers used by the active runtime and operations. It is not a complete statement of every library or low-level infrastructure dependency.
Processing Principles
Cephron limits subprocessor access to the providers materially needed to operate the live service, support the operational SMS workflow, and investigate incidents.
Current Providers
Supabase
Database, authentication, and backend application services
Account records, session data, store and organization data, workflow records, SMS contact records, consent events, and message logs.
Twilio
Operational SMS delivery and delivery-status callbacks
Recipient phone numbers, message content, provider message identifiers, delivery status, and related SMS metadata.
Vercel
Application hosting, deployment, and related platform services
Deployment artifacts, request and operational telemetry, and public-site analytics used to operate the active Next.js runtime.
Sentry
Application error monitoring when configured in the active environment
Error and performance telemetry, stack traces, and related request context used for debugging and incident response.
Updates
Cephron may update this list as the service evolves or as providers are added, removed, or replaced.
