Overview
Cephron uses public opt-in pages only to obtain explicit consent for operational and transactional SMS tied to internal business workflows. This surface is public so the intended recipient can review the disclosure package without signing in to the authenticated console.
Consent is required prior to any SMS being sent. Contacts begin in a pending state and are not eligible to receive messages until explicit opt-in is completed.
SMS messages are triggered by user-driven operational events such as assignments, workflow updates, and internal coordination activities. Message frequency varies based on operational activity.
Live Workflow
- An authorized organization user creates or updates a business contact.
- The contact remains pending and blocked from SMS sends.
- Cephron issues a secure tokenized opt-in link.
- The intended recipient completes the tokenized public consent page.
- Operational SMS is enabled only after explicit opt-in is recorded.
Reviewer-Critical Posture
Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent data are used solely for delivering operational messages.
Cephron does not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Message frequency varies based on operational activity. Message and data rates may apply. Recipients may opt out at any time by replying STOP or by using a secure opt-out link.
